I’m here to hold the mirror while you burn off everything that isn’t you—and step into the version of yourself that actually fits.

For the past 20 years, I’ve devoted my life to healing: my own, and others’. I’ve studied with everyone from underground medicine carriers and traditional healers to renowned psychotherapists and somatic masters. I’ve worked in ibogaine treatment centers, held space for grief and death, taught yoga and nervous system regulation, and walked through enough personal darkness to know the way through.

This work isn’t a job. It’s what I was born to do.
