These sessions were created in the spirit of community care — an acknowledgment that this time of year can be tender, and that everyone deserves access to support.

A small number of sliding-scale spots are available for those who genuinely need them. These sessions are offered with love and integrity, and are reserved for individuals who would not otherwise be able to participate at the full rate.
