Educate yourself & others
We are experiencing a devastating world event that will no doubt be a defining moment in human history. Do yourself, your community, and the Palestinian AND Israeli people a favor and make sure you understand this situation as thoroughly as possible, from every angle you can, so you can really believe in your final analysis.
This inherently means that all your information cannot come from one source. Diversify your consumption to include books, documentaries, podcast interviews with scholars/experts on the subject, and social media feeds of citizens on the ground. This is also a particularly potent time to seek out photojournalism, as images are difficult to spin, so you can assess for yourself.
Once you feel solid in your understanding and opinion, share your voice and heart as you see fit. Seeing and feeling and not turning away is what’s important. Just learn and generate Love however you can. This mess can connect us if we let it.

The Palistinian People are in desperate need of resources on absolutely every level right now. International aid to Palestine is dismally minimal. Food/power/water/hospital supplies have been cut off for weeks. Your donation can help in providing urgent life saving supplies and services.
Below are a few long-existing, trusted non-profits that are supporting the urgent, existential needs of Palestinians.

use your voice and your vote
Contact your government representatives, as well as large media outlets.
Use your voice to demand respect for international law and condemn the killing of civilians and collective punishment— both of which are forbidden under international law. Object to your tax dollars being used to support the IDF in the many human rights violations they are committing, and request funding for life saving humanitarian aid in Gaza.
You can also call for evidentiary fact-checking from the media, as well as fair and balanced coverage of all sides of this conflict.
