Microdosing 101
philosophy + approach
What is microdosing, really?
Microdosing is the practice of taking a sub-psychedelic dose of psilocybin mushrooms—one that does not induce hallucinations or a traditional “trip,” but does produce gentle, perceptible shifts in mood, body, energy, and awareness.
It’s not about escaping reality—it’s about changing your relationship to it. It’s subtle, cumulative change that adds up over time.
If you’re doing it correctly, you may notice:
A sense of lightness or clarity
A deeper breath in your body and mind
A soft opening of perspective
A quiet invitation to be more of yourself
You can go to work. You can socialize. You can function in the world.
But you may feel just slightly more spacious, present, and tuned in—like someone wiped the smudges off your lens.
Think of it like this:
If a ship crossing the ocean changes its direction by just 1 degree, it might not look like much at first. But it will end up on an entirely different shore.
That’s microdosing.
This is a gentle reorientation of your entire internal compass. And when you work with it reverently, it has the power to rewire the way you move through your life.
What to Expect
This is a soul-led, self-honoring practice—not a shortcut.
Microdosing won’t erase your pain or bypass your work, but it can:
Quiet the noise
Open the channel
Reconnect you with what you actually want and need
Help you integrate change from the inside out
My approach: Self-led, soul-attuned, science-supported
I don’t teach microdosing as a trend, a quick fix, or a hack.
I teach it as a sacred practice that:
Gently nudges you back into alignment
Strengthens your ability to tune in and respond
Creates the internal conditions for real transformation
This isn’t about following someone else’s protocol—it’s about learning to listen to your own inner physician.
You’ll get out of it what you put into it.
But what you gain becomes yours—not the medicine’s.
Intentions
You don’t have to have a perfect plan. But you do need a guiding intention—a phrase or feeling to return to again and again. This might be:
“To return to myself”
“To soften into trust”
“To meet my life with more creativity and presence”
You can set smaller daily intentions too, but your core orientation is what matters most. It’s the thread you’ll keep weaving through every choice, every insight, every shift.
